RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

THIS POLICY APPLIES TO PICK-UP AND DELIVERY

ORDERS ONLY.

Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed through a text message or email to your telephone number or email provided. No requests for Return/Refund are accepted after 24 hours from the time of the order. For any unsatisfactory food received or if you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize, and please call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order. You might be required to return your food in the original container for quality inspection purposes in order for the dish to be replaced, or you will
get a store credit in the form of a gift card. In the case of placing a double order, a refund will be given only if the store is notified before the food is being prepared.
Sorry, but we cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you mistakenly order from the wrong location or if you enter a wrong or incomplete address. All addresses must include: name, street address, apartment number, city, zip code, phone number and email if you are a Piola rewards member.

By entering the credit card billing address and the Security Code, you agree on being the cardholder owner and you agree on all terms and conditions above.
